A financially challenged and single father to three children falls in love with a successful attorney. Monty (Idris Elba) is a mechanic who tries to support his three daughters while fighting for full custody from their unfit mother. To gain a little extra income, he takes on a job as a limo driver for a up and coming lawyer Julia (Gabrielle Union). Monty wants to start his own garage in the future, while Julia searches for a man that meets her standards.
