Description:
Rihanna starts off her third album with a track featuring no other than Jay-Z, setting a high standard already in the start. The album is more of upbeat than the previous albums aimed at getting people on the dance floor. She hasn't left her R&B roots though, and the album is a good mix of hip hop, r&b and club pop. Producers include Stargate and Timbaland putting their quality stamp on the album. Highlights are "Umbrella" and the Michael Jackson sample, "Don't Stop The Music".
