Description:
Bleach is the story of Ichigo Kurosaki, a teenager who one night discovers the world of the Soul Society via spirits he can see. One of them, a hollow, an evil spirit attacking the town Ichigo lives in, the other, Rukia Kuchiki, a shinigami (or "death god") present to fight the Hollow. During the course of the battle Ichigo ends up receiving Rukia's powers, partially by accident, and begins his journey as a shinigami himself. Watch Ichigo go from zero to hero through his many adventures with the comrades he picks up. A great series!

Often I get tired of animes that involve someone "growing in power" or something because it usually ends up like DBZ where everyone is capable of destroying the universe in a single blow, etc etc. But Bleach is not like that at all. It stays very structured with a good, changing plot to keep the audience entertained. It's very well done, and carries along all of the lovely themes that any series needs to keep a dramatic effect. It's on my list of my top 5 favorites definitely, and would rank somewhere in the top 3. No reason not to love this one.
