Description:
A compelling story about two magicians who are constantly trying to top each other, something which leads to a deadly game. The magicians are played by Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale, and the assistant is played by Scarlett Johansson. A very clever and intelligent movie that will make you ponder and enchant you from beginning to end.
Despite some very weird magic elements and an amazing story "The Prestige" is one of the best movies made in 2006.
Christian Bale delivers yet another flawless performance and Hugh Jackman and Scarlett Johansson contributes to make this movie
a real masterpiece.
This is not a fast paced action movie, but a nifty movie that will challenge you intellectually.
