Tim Robbins plays a framed banker to a double murder. He's sent to Shawshank Prison, which is full of crooked guards, and an even more crooked warden who 'claims' to be a Christian. Morgan Freeman, who plays a murder convict sentenced to life, becomes good friends with Andy Dufrane, (Tim Robbins). After serving for 20 years, Andy decides to break out from Shawshank and give light to the crude treatment and illegal happenings at the prison. Shawshank Redemption is one of the all time greats that should be included in every collection.
