A small town called Barrow in northern Alaska is cursed with 30 days of darkness every year, and while some citizens leave south for this month, some stay. This year, a strange group of people appear as darkness ensues, and these strangers seem to have a thirst for blood. The sheriff and his wife have to find a way to survive the 30 days, as more and more people start to disappear.
Dawn of the Dead (1978)
